Job Summary Under general direction and as part of a global/regional IT team, the Senior CRM Analyst/Developer I position is a role that combines responsibility for designing, developing, and maintaining Salesforce solutions, while also performing a business systems analyst role as required, such as gathering requirements, analyzing business processes and ensuring alignment between technology and business goals. This is a hybrid position requiring at least three days in the office.
