We are seeking a Senior Customer Support Representative to manage a high-impact portfolio of OEM, airline, and MRO accounts. This role offers a hybrid schedule and the chance to drive excellence in the aerospace aftermarket. The Role You will serve as the primary point of contact for key stakeholders, overseeing the entire fulfillment lifecycle from RFQ to delivery. Relationship Management: Build long-term partnerships with executives and business contacts. Strategic Execution: Review contracts/RFQs, lead proposal kick-offs, and manage negotiations.
