Location: Fort Lewis College, Durango Colorado Position Summary: The Case Manager will work with both the Behavioral Intervention Team (BIT) and Academic Care Team (ACT) to coordinate campus support systems and resources for students involved in behavioral intervention and academic care processes. This position will assist with overall case management by following up on referrals, coordinating interventions, and tracking students' progress. In particular, the Case Manager is responsible for outreach to students and reporters primarily with cases requiring (1) basic needs/housing assistance and (2) attendance alerts.
