We are seeking a Home-Program Supervisor , who will provide individualized care, promoting growth and independence, and who will be responsible for managing the staff that work in the home on a 24-hour staffing schedule. This is a part-time position combining direct-care with supervisory duties (& is anticipated to become a full-time position in several months). What You’ll Do: As the Home-Program Supervisor , you’ll work closely with the family & staff to: Support the daily operations of the residential program and assist with staff supervision, scheduling, and problem-solving.
