Job Description An employer is seeking a highly skilled Jr UX Researcher to join one of our largest national financial services clients. In this role you'll join a growing research team of about 15 individuals (1 service designer, 5 other UX researchers and 8 designers / capability owners). This client is currently working to reprioritize their 5 priority pillars, which are: Ultra-High Net Worth Banking & Lending Advisor & Client Platforms Foundations (Data Operations, Backend processes) New Client Onboarding. In this role you'll help this client scale their capacity to generate, organize and share insights across the organization. You'll partner closely with the UXR team which will include collaborating cross functionally across the enterprise to ensure the right insights reach the right people at the right time.
