Responsibilities: Collect and organize various finished goods components or materials into kits according to specific instructions or orders. Maintain accurate inventory records, perform cycle counts when required, and ensure the integrity of inventory levels. Visually inspect components and finished kits for quality and adherence to specifications. Keep detailed records of kitting activities, including discrepancies or damages. Work closely with Distribution, Quality and Supply Chain Planning functions to ensure timely and accurate kit preparation. Identify opportunities to streamline kitting processes and improve efficiency. Will participate in cycle counts when required put in all Skills and Qualifications: Previous experience in a kitting, inventory, or warehouse role is preferred, but not required.
