The General Manager (GM) serves as the chief executive of a member-owned rural communications cooperative, providing strategic, operational, and financial leadership. The GM is responsible for advancing the cooperative’s mission to deliver reliable, high-quality broadband and communications services to members while ensuring long-term financial sustainability and regulatory compliance.
