About the Role: As a CBRE Union Sr. Engineer, you will be responsible for identifying, isolating, and repairing complex problems with HVAC, electrical equipment, and mechanical systems. This job is part of the Engineering and Technical Services job function. They are responsible for providing support, preventive maintenance, and repairs on equipment and systems. What You'll Do: Supervise and coordinate the daily workload of the team. Troubleshoot and maintain HVAC & electrical equipment and controls to find problems and perform necessary repairs. Make recommendations for improvement on existing HVAC systems and equipment. Adhere to established work order preventive maintenance schedules.
