Job Title: Lab Assistant The Lab Assistant supports manufacturing and production operations by preparing, assembling, and packaging finished products and kits. This role plays a key part in ensuring materials are accurately staged, packaged, and inspected to meet internal quality standards and customer requirements. The position follows established procedures and guidelines while contributing to multiple areas within the production environment. Key Responsibilities Prepare and stage materials and components for kit builds and manufactured products using standardized processes such as filling, counting, assembling, and labeling. Assemble and package kits and finished goods efficiently to meet production schedules and customer demand.
