Seaboard Triumph Foods, LLC is seeking a Production Operations Supervisor in Sioux City, Iowa who will supervise and coordinate the activities of production employees to ensure that operations meet established safety, quality, and productivity standards. Additional responsibilities include: Manage daily production operations by planning, assigning, and monitoring work schedules, staffing levels, and workflow to meet operational and business objectives. Train and evaluate employees to ensure compliance with company policies, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and food safety and quality regulations. Maintain and enforce sanitation, safety, and quality control programs, including HACCP and USDA standards.
