Heartsong Church is seeking a part-time bookkeeper. This position is 20 hrs a week, on-site. This position is responsible for managing the financial records of the church, ensuring accuracy in bookkeeping by maintaining accounts, processing transactions, preparing reports, and assisting with budget management. Other responsibilities include processing payroll, bank reconciliation, collaboration with staff and volunteers, and supporting other admin functions as needed. Qualifications include: a minimum of two years experience in accounting, with experience with taxes, proficiency with QuickBooks or Shelby Financial, a self-starter with experience working independently.
